History
Built in 1994. Four buildings, thirty-six residences.
Eastbrooke Coach Homes was built in 1994 as thirty-six residences across four buildings — two of ten residences and two of eight — CBS construction under Mediterranean-style rooflines, all single-storey.
Homes run roughly 1,448 to 1,657 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. Each has an attached one-car garage, vaulted ceilings, and a screened patio or balcony. Depending on where a home sits on the street, it looks out over the golf course or the lake.

Access to Boca Country Club runs through a staffed, guard-gated entrance around the clock.
Golf & tennis at the club
Eastbrooke sits within the non-equity Boca Country Club. Golf and tennis memberships are arranged with the club directly, not through the association.
